Default DTC P1257 on an L36???

I pulled my codes this morning after it wouldn't start with my astrostart and I pulled:

P0131, Bank 1 #1 O2 sensor circuit low voltage
and
P1257, Boost control fault system overboost.

How can I get the P1257 when I'm not supercharged??? Is this a problem I should worry about?

I guess the PCM could have been changed before I bought it in November '03.

When I went to start it with the autostart it started but died right away. It did this twice and on the third try it would just turn over repeatedly to no avail, so I stopped it. It started up with the key but didn't want to run very well, or at all for that matter, without me giving it gas. Once it warmed up for a couple minutes it was a little better. Then I drove the 45miles back home. I just got the oil changed yesterday, not sure if that matters. I think he put in 10W-30, I was going to ask for 5W-30 but forgot.

One more thing, it was 17*F this morning according to my ECC and my code reader said that my trans temp was 4.5*F...

I don't recall seeing either of those codes.

I'm just gonna clear those codes tomorrow and see if they come back tomorrow morning.

The code didn't come back even after having the same issues at startup. I tried to start it up again, it ran for a few seconds then died. It doesn't seem to be a problem if I plug it in for the night.

Does it do this all of the time or just on the first try?
It starts, gets to a high idle for a few seconds, then it will try to go to a normal idle and then goes too low and dies. It'* fine if I'm in the car giving it just a lil gas to keep it runnin, and after 2-3 minutes of that it will idle fine.
