Default Limited Slip Diffs, 4T60-E F31'*

Have anyone installed a limited slip differential? If so, does it make a big difference? I was just sorta toying with the idea....

Also, does anyone know the specs on the 4T60-E F31, like the max rated HP and torque or any numbers whatsoever???

Thanks!
