P0108 EGR Barometric Pressure Sensor Input Signal is out of Self-Test Range.
P0121 In-Range Operating Throttle Position Sensor circuit failure.
Start by testing for vac leaks.

NEVER replace a part based only on the DTC definition. Each DTC has a set of testing procedures, instructions and flow charts that must be followed to confirm the location of the problem. This information is found in the vehicle'* service manual. Always refer to the vehicle'* service manual for detailed testing instructions.

I've seen hundreds of error codes that were nothing more then a vac leak. Generally when you have multiple codes that are different, it'* a leak. When checking for a vac leak, make sure you check the EGR tubes. They crack some times and get missed a lot. Spray carb cleaner on all the lines while the engine is running and listen for changes in RPM.

I just had both these codes on my 1998 Bonneville. Since I do not have the means to run the tests that the factory manual suggest, I went looking for vacuum leaks. Found my MAP sensor'* rubber seal was pushed down into the PCV housing and not on the MAP barb. I replaced the MAP that of course came with a new seal and it fixed it.
But I would do as suggested above, check for vacuum leaks around the throttle body (squirt with a carb cleaner while running, idle will rise if the carb cleaner momentarily fills a leak). Also take the PCV top off which the MAP is plugged into and make sure it is all sound. Also while you're at it change the PCV valve, only $2.50 and it is before the MAP and could cause anomolies.
