You want to host your picture aka upload it to a web service like www.photobucket.com
Very easy
Upload the picture, take the URL from the picture go

As for the gasket, the gaskets on my L67 are the same way.
Just seals off that coolant port, as it has no were to flow back into the LIM.

As SSEiMatt93 stated, that is normal. Here'* a picture that Bill Buttermore took showing coolant flow. On the top and lower left, you'll see where the coolant passages in the head meets a dead end at the LIM.

The rectangular gasket may be for the coolant cover on the end of the LIM shown here.

For some reason, that seems to come with the kit for the UIM rather than the lower.

Filling up your coolant is the last thing you'll be doing. You'll fill up the radiator first and then put the cap back on half way, meaning just the first click; then you'll be adding coolant to the reservoir while it'* burping (big bubbles in reservoir while car'* running). After all the air is out, then you fill to the hot line and tighten your radiator cap to the second click.

Filling the radiator first, traps air in the top of the engine. Especially so when the thermostat is not drilled. The engine must run until the thermostat gets hot enough (usually without benefit of coolant against the pellet) to open and release some of the air. This is not good for new plastic parts and gaskets. That'* why we recommend filling at the thermostat opening first, as described in the Techinfo article linked by willwren above.
