No adjustment on my 93 or Josh'*. Just 2 screws for mounting.

...and '93 was also the last year of the more expensive 3-solenoid digital EGR valve too, right? :(
In regards to the TPS adjustment, my '92 needed it and my '93 didn't.
When I replaced the TPS on my '92 it ran ok for a day or so until the SES light came on. It was then that I learned that the TPS is adjustable and the voltage on mine was out of range and tripped an error code. Other than the SES light it seemed to run normally at the time.
Also note that the service manuals I have state different specs for the nominal voltage range. I have the actual Pontiac manual and also 2 different Chilton'* manuals. I don't remember which book I used when I adjusted mine.
Adjust it with the ignition in the ON position, but the engine doesn't have to be running. The engine should be warm, though (so the TPS potentiometer is at operating temperature).
If you use a digital multimeter, you'll need to strip a small section of insulation from 2 of the TPS wires and then tape them afterwards, or push small wires into the connector body to make the measurement.
The adjustment only takes a few minutes.

I like my R-12 (cuz I still have a source for it if I need it) and the digital EGR. I haven't seen one that needed anything more than cleaning, but the linears get replaced from time to time. Our digital EGR'* are very easy to troubleshoot and fix.

Thanks to everyone. Finally got everything put in yesterday and your directions were perfect. That'* the good news. Bad news? While doing this noticed that intake is FILTHY!! Other than the obvious of trying to spary carb cleaner in the T/B any other suggestions?? I use Berryman'* on my SHO but that is with the intake disassembled and out of the car.
