Unhappy Turn Signal mechanism help & "Power Steering Boot'? ?

I have a pic of the inside of where turn signal arm goes into steering column. There is a black plastic part where the turn signal lever assembly slides into. This is broken. No local auto part places have what it is, anyone know what this thing is, or even how to unattach it to put on new peice ? (1st pic)

Other pic is a boot which goes around power steering rack as it goes into the firewall, to cover the steering knuckle in engine compartment. Anyone know where to get one ? (2nd Pic)

Please help !!!

Default 2 other things need parts #'* for

1) There is a little elbow hose,,on the blower motor, that comes from the firewall i guess fom the a/c to keep blower motor cool,,,that elbow is dryrotted. Need one of them, pic doesnt show it well though,,the thing is just behind the pruple wires. that is pic 1.

2) I need the black accordion type hose that has the electric sensor on it, that goes from the air cleaner housing to the throttle body, mine has a big hole in it.
