Thermostat going Bad

Hi all, i just installed a factory 195 deg. thermostat this afternoon. I did look at Intense for their thermostat and decided I could not wait on shipping. Anyway much to my suprise the factory thermostat is almost identical in construction except it is 195 deg.s. It also has an air bleed built in. Thought you all might find that interesting. By the way my Bonne was not heating up above 140 Degs.

yes, the 195 & 180 thermostats are virtually identical except for the labeling on them.

I have purchased two thermostats from Intense IIRC. One was a motorad 180 (specified 180 at time of purchase), and the other was a Stant.
Canadian Tire up here has Motorad, as does Autozone/Advance I am sure. Saves a few bucks on shipping when you can get small pieces like that locally. Only reason I got them from Intense was they fit in nicely with two larger orders I placed at those times.
