Tensioner Pulley/Water Pump

Both seem to be easy changes on 94 SSEi. So today my tensioner assembly basically looked like it destroyed itself. Started actually moving in place. Which in turn caused me to partially shred a belt. Made it to work have my service department look at it. The tensioner assembly is all bad not just the pulley. Figured while they were tearing into it i would have them do the water pump as well. They wanted to charge 4 hours of labor for water pump. I know it looked tight in there but that seems a bit overpriced so figure ill go to a friends and do it there instead.

So does 50 bucks for the entire tensioner assembly seem like a good price. Few other places napa/advance wanted to charge 130 so seems like a good deal. What kind of work is involved in the water pump is it really that hard.

Thanks and sorry about my nightmare of a typing/run on sentence mess above.
