Default An idea for running cooler...

Why not buy and put on an aftermarket electric fan on in place of one of the factory radiator fans, and maybe get the kind like in JC Whitney with the thermostat that goes into the radiator hose or something similar? You could get one that comes on a your chosen preset temp, like 180 or so. You could still tie it into the original wiring so that it comes on when the AC is turned on.
Then you'd be bypassing the PCM'* control of it and have it come on when you want to.
What do you think?

So where does one go for this mod? I was reading posts about when the fans come on, and everyone seemed to be compaining that the PCM waited until 220 or much higher to kick them on.
What is the mod you are talking about?

This is the "retail" version

But if you search on ClubGP, you will find tons of threads about how to do it for $5 bucks.

But this looks like you would have to manually turn the fan on and off, am I understanding it correctly?
I'm talking about installing an aftermarket eletctric fan with it'* own thermostat set to turn the fan on at a lower temp like 180 or 190.

No, the $5 dollar mod will still have the PCM control it and you have a switch to override it. But why would you add another fan and thermostat.... Getting complicated.
