Oh one more thing, when im going around a bumpy corner at high speeds, i wheel hop, car like hops around, not very good at all, never gotten out of control but its still not safe, could that be from the bushings and links too?

Your struts(shocks) are shot. And you're right! It's not a good thing and it's not safe.
