weatherstripping
Anybody know of any good sources for weatherstripping? Aftermarket would be fine, if not, can someone help me with the part numbers for all four doors and the trunk?

The easiest place to get some is to visit your local junkyard and get some from another Bonneville there.
There is a place to buy it that someone listed in a thread a while ago, but I haven't found it yet in my searching. Have you tried JC Whitney?

I'm not a bog fan of JC Whitney. Issues in a past life I guess.
I have found a few sources on the www, but nothing specific to the bonnevile. Can't seem to find anything via search here either.

It'* shrunk. I have the interior ripped out right now. Just ordered new carper, padding, heat shield, and headliner material. Headliner comes out tomorrow and checking the sunroof drains. If I can find replacement seals, I'd like to put them in. If not, I'll just have to put the old ones back in with a gap at the bottom until I get some to fill the gap or a magic genie makes some replacements available. That is except for the trunk, it'* shot.

OK, here are what I believe to be the part numbers you need:
Around all doors (cut to fit): 25606129
Trunk Lid: 25624853
Good luck finding some for a decent price. I checked on gmpartsdirect dot com and noticed they wanted $94 after *&H for one door w-strip and about $46 after *&H for the trunk lid w-strip.
If I were you, I'd consider buying the trunk strip and getting to a junkyard for the pieces needed to complete the door repairs.

Bah. I've got 4 doors of grey weatherstripping. I'm afraid that won't match. Tan seems to be a popular color, though, so you ought to be able to find some in a junkyard somewhere.
