I'm assuming you have manually ***** in your car. The vent controls run on vacuum pressure. When you turn the vent control ****, does anything happen? When you turn it, do you hear a soft whooshing sound from behind the dashboard?
If not, the vacuum line that controls it may have come loose. Open the hood and look half way between the transmission fluid dipstick and the oil dipstick. On top of the engine there is a "pod" with lots of rubber vacuum tubes coming out. The small one that goes straight off the back and toward the passenger compartment controls the vents. If it fell off, just follow a straight line toward the passenger compartment and you'll see a little nipple where it plugs in.
If the vacuum line is in place, there'* a possibility that the plastic tabs inside the vent control **** are broken and the **** isn't catching the switch. Using a pair of needle-nose pliers, pull off the **** and look inside it. If a tab is broken, swap it with the temperature control ****.
As for why you aren't getting heat or AC, I don't know the answer to that one. When'* the last time they worked?
