Rain water comming into interior in the drivers side
Another problen is that there is water comming from somewhere especially when it is raining into the side of the driver. I did checked the rubber band that goes against the door when it closes, it seems like the water comes in more when the car is parked. Could it be comming via the windshield? On the carpet from the passenger side it is dry. Any ideas? This water on the front carpet at the left drivers side makes me sad. Though the car is really in good shape corrosion wise, good underneath.
Thanks beforehand

If you don't have a sunroof, there are still a lot of items that you need to check...
There is the gear select cable that runs through the fire wall to the trans, if the small passage( drain of sorts ) gets clogged with debris than its possible that water can enter your car at that point through the rubber gromet for the Gear select cable...
The rubber tube for the wires comming out of the Drivers door can be another problem...
Also there are metal holders for the wires/wire loom on the floor of the car, these can also allow water to come into the car during a bad rain...
I had all of the above issues, and thats to include the door seals as well.... I actually had my whole car ripped to shreads trying to fix the leaks...
