I have PIAA Xtreme White Plus 9006s($80), Sylvania Silverstar 9005s($50). To top it all of I have Blazer 3200 diamond blue driving lights($70). I've tried almost every kind off bulb with the exception of true H.I.D. I'm not thoroughly impressed with the headlights, but the driving lights are awesome. But it may also be because my headlights aren't as clear and reflective as the 1996s and newer. Plus they're sandblasted from highway miles, so maybe it'* just me.
What kind of headlight bulbs are you running? What are your thoughts and how much did they cost?

I got these off of E-bay. These are the best bulbs I have ever tried. I've gone from PIAA to CATZ and theses beat them by alot. I paid 50.00 for all four of them. They look like true HIDand light up the road like no other. I've been next to the Lexus IS 300 and I swear if mine were not equal , they were better . EVeryone that see'* them is very impressed with them . I now have them with every car in my Family . Great improvment.

He also carries the extremly hard-to-find 880'* for our driving lights. 5000K, one step below the headlamps!

Here'* my Piaa Xtreme White Plus 9006s, before I upgraded my fogs to Blazer Diamond Blue Driving lights. Was hoping for a little whiter/bluer, but keeping the brightness.

I just went with the SilverStar 9006 and CoolBlue 9005.
Also figured this car may have been banged up before...I got down to looking at the fog/driving lights and the left one says '95'...the car is a '92 ~!
I think the right light is correct with a glass lens and the left one sounded like plastic when I rapped on it. It went 'tunk' instead of 'tink'...

I did some checking on the changing of the fuse for the driving lights to 15 amp and going with the 885 bulb vs. the 880. 55W vs. 38W? I think that was it.
I'd like to get a bluish hue to the driving lamps or just see if I can get an amber bulb, if there is such a thing, to make them true fog lights.
We had some really thick fog lately and the new headlights LIT IT UP real good.

On my old '69 LeMans, I used some slotcar body tint on the high beam plastic bubble covers, a darker amber, and they were actually effective enough in the fog to use them. Can't do that on the SSE, though.

I am running Silverstars 9006 low beams. And standard halogen fog lights cuz i dont know what to do with em.
