Default ABS and Traction off lights are on, after being parked

I have a problem that when I park my car on a steep hill and apply the e-brake, and I come back and start the car the lights stay on what causes this?

The only time you have any issues is when you park on a hill and use the emergency brake?

I would venture a guess something with or near the rear wheels.

Check the wheel speed sensor connections at each of the 4 wheels and ensure all are getting good contact.

That would be my guess too.

So it goes back off after driving it for a bit?

Yeah only when I park on hills with the e-brake on. Not on flat ground. It won't go off unless I turn the car off and restart it.

Hmmm I would think that maybe and this is a guess.

A hub bearing may be starting to wear, when the e brake is applied adding stress on the hill the system is not able to get a good reading and faults.

I did have to replace a hub bearing but this happened before and still does now. So I keep from parking on hills unless I have to. Could it still be a sensor somewhere on my bonne that may be malfunctioning?

It could be a sensor, they are built into the hubs and the first suspect would be the opposite side from the one you did. (if it was a rear). However w/o having it checked by a dealer there is no way to know for certain.
