My SSEi has the side effects that rattle in the wind. It isn't really loud but the first time I heard it I thought something was dragging underneath car. Has anyone else had this problem or experienced any type of fix?

That happens occasionally to me. Sometimes I find that opening and closing the door solves the problem. It might also be possible that your weatherstripping is coming unglued from the body, allowing extra noise into the car, in which case I recommend using some black silicone adhesive.
