Bonneville is running kinda hot
Wel at stop lights the temp gauge goes to 200 or above and will go down after a while of driving is is bad for it to get that hot?

As long as it isn't to far past 200, you don't want it in or near the red zone on the gauge. It drops after you start moving due to having more air flowing through the radiator and around the engine.
Maybe a coolant flush would be beneficial.

Seems very normal with a stock thermostat. Its supposed to get that hot. You can lower it with a 180* thermostat. If you haven't done so in a while its also a good idea to do a coolant flush.
