Unhappy When to start this morning and nothing

i have a 93 bonneville se 275,000 miles i went to start this morning from a rainy night and i accidently left the sunroof open turned the key and nothing happen none of the guages went up no trying to start no fuel pump sound no nothing + my horn sound horse

Start with the battery cables / posts ,check for buildup and if they are tight and if so follow the ground cable also.

You must live in a very nice neighborhood to leave your roof open all night outside....

Clean those battery cables. Both ends of both cables.

He left the roof open, not the hood.

I'd probably start by checking the grounds in the interior and fuses. As well..first thing that came to mind was if the ELC drained the battery overnight. But that shouldn't magically fail on it'* own because you left the roof open.
