Default Runs OK then idles rough after 15 min
My wife has a 1997 SE that runs OK for about 15 min then when it idles it runs very rough and acts like it wants to stall out. A strong odor comes from the catalytic converter. Any suggestions?

whats fuel pressure??

could also be a plugged CATalytic converter, does it get red hot when running?

fuel pressure is fine. I can't answer whether or not it'* red hot. I will check. I drove it last night to try and figure what was wrong and noticed a strong odor, the smell of a cat/conv.

Sounds like a clogged cat. You can get a after market cat from ZZ performance for about $70
