Default 99 running like crap!

I filled my tank yesterday and it was running fine. I paid $2.95 for 87 . Paid $10 for a automated car wash. Came out with my car running like poop. Skipping , jumping. She'* not herself! I don't know if it'* the gas or water in it or just a fluke? This morning the "check engine "light came on. I put some dry gas in her and fuel injector in her . Better but, still not running right. Stalled a few times at stop signs.
Any Advice?

Your going to want to get it scanned so you can see what the error code is. Also, post your mechanical issues in the appropriate section for the year of your car for better visibility.

master, how old are the Bosch wires? I think they have a high failure rate.

Nah, nothing else but water in the gas. Dump a few cans of dri-gas from the parts puppies in it.

It'll go away.

This sucks! this morning (while it was cooler) the car ran better but, skipped a couple of time on the way to work.(28 miles) This afternoon on my way to Advance auto it ran like crap again. Stalled out in turns and while braking After restarting from a stall the "check engine" light went out. So, I went to Advance auto and got 2 more bottles of "dry gas" put them in. Same story. Stalling and running crappy. No code to read!
Next step, I'm thinking plugs and wires. What do you folks recommed? Any part #'* and band names would be helpfull or any other advice?

Just because the "check engine light" is now off, does not mean the code is gone. The code is stored for reading. Get it scanned.

The guy at Advance must be a D/A or didn't want to do it. I will take it back tomorrow. I've had wires go bad and make a car run rough but, not start stalling like this all of a sudden.

I was hoping it would be that simple. The test will be the ride to work in the morning. I'm starting to think I might have a bigger issue. I haven't given up. It was running fine before the fill up and wash.

try to be a little more patient. the dri-gas takes a while to work.

If you'd like to spend a lot of money for nothing, though, just start replacing parts.
