Let'* see...

Pull the fuel pump fuse.
Crank it over.
Disconnect the battery.
Remove the alt.
Remove the throttle cable brackets. (Two 8mm bolts on the top, Loosen the stud on the rear head and rotate the assembly up)
Unbolt the egr tube. (1 10mm bolt, next to the EGR valve)
Disconnect the intake. (Clamp of some sort, Probably flat head screw)
Unplug the injectors from the wires. (You push in on the middle of the shiny metal bow)
Unplug the TB electricals.
Unplug the fuel lines. (Push in on the white plastic the slide them off)
Unbolt the fuel rail and remove. (Four 10mm bolts, You have to pull up a good bit I do it end to end, It'* easiest)
Unbolt the TB brace. (It'* up under the TB, Three 13 or 15mm bolts. The bottom two require a universal joint)
Unbolt the TB. ( Three nuts, The studs may come out.)
Remove the TB and brace.
Unbolt the UIM. (Like 13 or so 10mm bolts.)

That should get it off.

heres a link for ya http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/techinfo/?article=72

if its already failed, get the oil out of there pronto, and you might also want to pull the spark plugs to get the coolant out of your cylinders, but the cylinder walls can rust if you leave some in there, so i think your supposed to spray something in them....a little help guys?

also after you fill it back up with oil, let it run for a bit, then change it again...but that only applies if it failed, if its preventative maintenance......good for you *pat on back*
