Default Replaced the LIM and UIM, but car won't start

OK, guys, thanks again! I hope somebody can give me some idea what to start. I replaced the LIM and UIM today but car won't start. It turned and cranked happily but just didn't start. My neighbor thinks I messed up the wires but I don't think so. I did label them well. I just got a firing order map and will check that tomorrow just in case. Now let'* assume it'* not the wires. What problem is most likely? Thanks! The gas in the tank is probably down to 4 gallons but I think that'* plenty for it.

Oh, Yes, I did give it quite some starting fluid but it didn't help.

BTW, is there a way to prime the fuel pump on this car? Thanks!

Check for:
Spark at all 3 front cylinders
Fuel at the injector rail
Fuel injector pulse

Hmm....did you have an UIM or LIM gasket failure prior to this? If you did, you MUST replace the sparkplugs. Plugs do not like to get wet with coolant and are utterly useless if they do.

O2 sensors will also fall victim, but that wont cause it to NOT run, just run with a check engine light on...keep that in mind as well.

Turning the key to the run position will prime the fuel pump for 2 seconds.
There is also a connector by the battery that you can connect to the positive battery terminal (should be fused) to send continous power to the pump.

Yes, I did. I kept driving it for 3 days, . The car started easily on those three days, just misfire somehow and lack of power...

Oh, yes, when we tried to start the car just now, it backfired twice. But I thought it'* because we didn't tighten the air filter housing after applying the starting fluid but this was the biggest reason my neighbor believed I messed up the wires.
