Default couple of simple questions

hello all, i just have a couple of quick questions and if you could answer them thatd be cool

1. soooo mufflers, any soundclips or videos of bonnevilles with a magnaflow or flowmaster? what about leaving the cats on and running a cherrybomb? if i get a bonnie id like it to have a good amount of noise but nothing ricey..just something that gets pretty loud when it gets up there in the RPMs

2. does this series of bonnevilles have a rev limiter? if so how many RPMs does it limit it at?

3. whats available for cold air intakes? i can build one if they dont make em but im just wondering if anyone makes any..

4. train horns anyone tried a train horn in a bonneville yet? id love to have one since i have to drive to school everyday and if i dont take parkway i have to take highway 13 where there'* a-holes a plenty..

nah just kiddin, i dont want to scare anybody off the road or endanger lives but itd be cool to have and honk every now and then

a search didnt turn up what i was looking for so sorry if all this has been covered many times

thanks

LMAO@ Trainhorns - they say stickers and a fart muffler add 20 more horsepowers. LOL try www.zzperformance.com thats a good website to find real horsepower. Oh also you might need a metal larged breasted gal with wings as a hood ornament.

When you say this series.. 92-94/95 was Series 1 (95 SC S1, 94 NA S1) and 95/96 was Series 2 (96 SC S2, 95 NA S2).

Intnese-Racing and ZZP are both vendors of performance parts, mainly aimed at Series 2.

On a cold air intake..there is a great write in Techinfo under getting started, no one makes a good one for our cars.

Mufflers and train horns.. I'll leave those to others.

Grand prix share the same platform as the Bonnevilles with differences and Grand Prix and Bonnevilles share the same 3800 series engines.

Platform is different than GP'* or GA'* technically.

However when looking at ZZP...since they don't have Bonnevilles...use the GP as mentioned.. And remember there are some differences. If you have questions..ask away...it'* better to ask than spend money and find out it'* the wrong part.
