removing the inner door frame
 
I need to know how to remove the door frame on the front doors so that I can put sound damping material on the inside skin of the outer door..any help will be appreciated. opps forgot it is a 1996 bonneville se that should help.

Thread 6" strips in as best you can.

The inner door skin is welded.

inner frame,once you pull the panel off you have the inner frame that is silver and made of metal.

yeah that isn't removable as stated above.
