I read the thread on how to drop the headliner and it sounds like many people have broken theirs removing them. What am I supposed do do to remove them?

I also searches for other threads but couldn't find anything.

The A and C pillar trim simply pulls off. The B pillar trim may or may not be held with a screw depending on year, then it pulls off.

A and C are the ones people break easily. In a bit I'll snap you some pictures of how they attach so you can better decide how you want to do it. I snapped a couple of mine when I did it.

Do the visors have connectors so I can unplug and remove from the car or do I have to add my own?

Yeah the visors have connectors...pull the wire down until the plugs show up.
