I don't know what caused it to burn up, but i am going to try to replace it.

That part number is GM 25623688, I don't know where that smiley face came from.

Default Defroster relay - GM part# 25623688

Just bought mine 2 days ago on Amazon for a little over $40.00 + the melted plug/pigtail repair end for $10.00 more. As a set! Somebody knows about this problem. Mine is a 05 Ultra. Same part/ same part# 25623688
There HAS to be a T.*.B. or something covering all of these years!
