Default Rear wheel lockup...ABS goes looney -Help!

This morning my car started doing weird stuff when I hit the brakes. When I slow down, even at a low speed and gradual brake pressure, my right rear wheel is locking up and skidding causing the ABS to kick in and grind the car to an abrupt stop even at a slow speed. I can hear the tire skidding and then the car panic stops on its own. I have no ABS light on and thefluid is fine. Any service issues with this kind of problem??

Dragging brake shoe? (Does the parking brake act on the rear wheels on the Bonneville? I dunno...)
