Turns over but no start??
My sisters 95 Bonneville has been giving her some problems lately,It kinda weird sometimes she can get in her car fire it right up ,and it runs great.but the itll stall out on her down the road and will not start up again. But after it stalls while trying to get it to start the windows won't work fuel pump dosent come on seat wont work and the keyless entry dosent work either.and the lights interior lights turn on and off while cycling through key from acc to right before start(turning the engine over).sometimes it works if the lights stay on without shuting off/on while cycling the key the pump comes on and it will start and run good.now i just spent 30mins cycling the key and it wont start plus the lights are going on/off. any idea'* thanks in advance

Sounds like it might be a VATS problem. You can by-pass the VATS https://www.gmforum.com/t279119/
Or if the key looks like the one displayed at the top of the thread, try cleaning off the key and use some electrical part cleaner in the ignition switch.

I thought if the VATS was giving problems that it engine wouldnt turn over? The engine will turn over just fine and it has spark but its not getting fuel when its acting up.earlier i went out and crank it right up,ran good for about 20secs then it shut off.idk whats up with this thing.again thanks in advance for helping me out here.later

when you turn the ignition to the on position do you hear the fuel pump cycle on?
If you do does it sound labored?
Has your sister ever let the gas run really low on a consistent bases?
These fuel pumps rely on the actual fuel to keep them cool so they don't burn out. Always try to as a rule of thumb to keep at least over 1/4 tank at all times.
It may be at its end.......

When the fuel pump does come on it sounds "healthy"
But when ever the power windows/locks dont work the fuel pump doesen't either
now if i hit the keyless entry to unlock the doors and it works,or the windows let up/down the car will crank up every time.

you may have a ground problem with the car.
Have you checked all the possible ground locations for lose connections or corrosion or broken wires?
Also next time the car acts up try stomping on the drivers side door jam area...try to start the car....wont start than stomp on the passenger side door jam.
Sounds odd I know but there is several grounds in both those locations that directly or indirectly affect the problems your having.
