schweet, DRL gone, anyone know about disabling the automatic headlights at night? i saw the one in the techinfo about running a switch to break the circuit but i was thinking about just disabling it instead of just cutting it off

Far as I know the only person who did headlights at night was Drifter420. I believe it'* in the same way as the DRL'* . Cut the ground with a switch back to the cabin.

That one is probably going to a bit trickier.... No clue how to do it, tho, sorry. BUT, if you turn the outer switch all the way counter clockwise, and put the car in park, the lights will go off. So, you could try tracing the shiftlever circuit for a "breaking point" (Make the sentinel think you're in Park all the time)

I think Murdock merely cut the ground to all then tied them all together and ran to a switch. I like MOS'* idea of heading it off at the pass. If you don't have a manual maybe you look into the FSM sticky and ask someone with your year.

In my 95, there is a module to the very right of the throttle/gas pedal. It'* at the center between the driver and passenger sides. I believe its the headlight sentinel module. Either way, I've disconnected it and the lights are no longer on, both DRL and at night time. But dont worry, you can turn your lights on manually.

I don't mind the DRL'*, but I have been wondering how hard it would be to move them from the low beams to the center marker lights. Y'know, like the newer Buicks have....
