Default o2 part number

i'm trying to order a replacement 02 sensor from gmpartsdirect.com, and tech info says that i need part number 25312203, but when i looked up my car in the catalog they have, it said part number 25312184. I looked at both of them, and i think they both can be used in my car (97 SSE), but the 25312184 sensor is only 38.29, where as the 25312203 is 62.65. after reading COUNTLESS articles on this forum about the bosch o2 sensors, i just took them back today, now i want to order ac delcos, but i want to make sure i get the right one. any help is appreciated.

25312203 for the manifold, forget the one after the converter.

Or AC Delco AFS109.

AFS97 is used after the converter (the one to ignore) and is also known as 25312196.

i found those numbers in tech info, but what i was askin was if the other part number that i listed will work, because it is significantly cheaper. when you read the application guide on gmpartsdirect for that part number, my year is included, but i wanted to make sure that i wasn't getting something that won't work.

Don't use any other sensor other than the ones Don and I quoted.

Keep in mind this is application specific, and changes alot from year to year (as mentioned). Also keep in mind that if you select SSE on AC Delco'* site, you get only the Vin1 supercharged option, so run an SE as Don said to get the correct sensor.
