Ram Air

Here's a question for someone with experience... is there any real benefit to equipping ram air on a Bonneville with the supercharged 3800?

Only ram air I'm think of it Ram Air style intake, which I did and helped just like a new intake should be expected to.

Not sure , I mean the car already has forced air I think you would just make the job on the supercharger a little easier, I also think the power would not change ,but, the gas milage would !

Well... My system is a cheap 4 dollar dryer duct that runs from just under my foglights into the airbox... in a sense.. it's kinda CAI since the air is taken from out of the engine bay and kinda ram-air since the air has no where to go but into the airbox. I do notice that my boost guage goes a little higher then before, especially over 80 Kmh... Ram Air works the same as a S/C.. getting more air into the engine.
