Check your door seals. They tend to shrink over time, pull away from the frame and allow water to run down the B pillar onto the floor. I fixed mine by adding in a piece of moulding, driver'* side took 2" and passenger side took 3".

Cheers,

I had a 1993 Olds 88 that had some water coming in. The trunk had water, the interior rear floor had water, it ended up being a rust hole in the rear inner fender wheel. When it would rain and you would drive the water would fling up and into the hole. Take the carpet out of your truck and look on the inner fender wheels for a slice'rust spot. I have been told something about the rear windows leaking in the Bonneville and Buick'*.

I hope you find your leak.

Good luck,
Sellncars

Check the wheel well for rust through. I had that same problem with my 95, fiberglass and undercoating fixed it.

I had same problem. Found that the hoses connecting to the rear sunroof drains had pulled away from their fittings very near the rear door back corner of the cabin above the headliner. the water would leak down the back side pannels behind all the interior moldings and end up uder the rear seat. When enough accumilates it washes over the "dam" and into the back seat floor. Smelly, and just not right.
try to check your headliner in the back. If I had the means I coudl post a photo, Ill try.

Here is a photo of the drain problem with my 93 SSE

if you look in the way top left corner you see the tube and the fitting...all loose and ready to leak all over your nice clean interrior.
And best of all,,,,,I got the photo things to work...WooHoo!!

Later Ill post the whole photo essay on how I had to re-do most of the interior due to torrential rains here in LA...
