Default Transmission slippage in 1st when cold

As the title suggest, my 95' SSEI Bonnie tranny feels like it'* slipping (it accelerates to 6-7mph, jerks a couple times then picks up) in first gear when cold. It only does it like 2-3 times and it'* ok after.

Fluid is in the ok zone, engine runs extremely tightly well and you can feel it doesn't sputter as the jerking happens

I have a torn CV boot tho'. Maybe this could cause some bindage?

Feel free to say whatever comes to mind, worst case scenario is you're wrong!
