Default Occasional Clunk when Braking while Turning Right

I just did the front brakes on my LeSabre. I replaced the rotors, pads and calipers. The guide pins and bolts are lubed up on the calipers. Occasionally when turning right and braking at the same time there'* a clunk coming from the drivers side wheel well. This only happens when braking moderately hard to quite hard and turning right. One of the clips on the inboard pad (holding the pad to the caliper piston) was a bit wobbly on the pad IIRC, and possibly could have come loose from the pad.

What should I check/re-check?

First, make sure your lugs are still torqued right.

Then, test for wheel bearing play. Look at other suspension and steering components, too, like sway bar end link, sway center bushing, tie rod, ball joint.

Finally, check that inboard pad again. Also, check that the rubber bushings the slide pins rest in are not worn down too much.

Calipers are brand-new remanufactured units. Lug nuts I will check tonight. The other stuff looked good when I was in there. The pad will have to wait until my exams are over and can rip off the caliper again.
