Well will a stock nonsupercharged motor be able to handle these performance parts? If so, then yes show what you got in mind.

You might consider some LS6 springs. Not sure if rockers will do you much good. But if you change them you could go with some 1.9:1 roller rockers. These will be a little better on the valve guides. See what Billboost has to say.

Rafael, please look at your coolant overflow jug, is it lower than usual?
Please check your oil, is it down significantly?

Being a non supercharged car I'd put pretty high odds on this being an upper intake failure. Since you live just down the road a piece from me, I'd give you great odds on making it here and we could rock this out in record time.

Just changed the oil like on Saturday. I have not checked my engine coolant.

Alright...well check both. Look for anything odd with either.

Offhand the LIM failure is about the most common thing that causes white smoke all of a sudden.

LIM gaskets are probably the next common issue.

Valve seals usually display a puff on startup only and the 3800's aren't known for VS issues overall. Sure it must have happened, but it's uncommon.

Injectors can stick and cause problems too by making one cylinder dirty rich. Usually this would emit black smoke and probably flash your check engine light to tell you there's a possible catatyst damaging condition

Oh..also take another look underneath and make sure nothing got squished when you jacked it to paint the calipers the other night.

Check the usual suspects and free stuff first whenever possible while diagnosing.

Whats the LIM gasket, and this smoke thing has been happening for awhile. Like i started up my car at my friends like 2-3 weeks ago, and I revved it because it did that stalling thing and white bluish smoke poured out. So I don't think its the jack, plus I put it on this black reinforced area of the frame. And whats a good estimate at where the coolant tank should be? 1/4, 1/2, full?

the coolant tank should be about 1/2 full when warmed up... i think... its been so long since i looked at mine hahaha its got fluid so im ok with it :D

the LIM is the Lower Intake Manifold... more importantly the LIM Gasket is what causes problems in the late 90's models, not too often but it does happen, causes similar problems to your situation and a blown head gasket effect but its in fact the lim... and its recommended to go with the better Metal/Rubber gaskets vs the original gaskets... dan and bill both should be able to direct you where to go should you need a set.
