Default Water Pump - 95 SSEi

Welp, the water pump is starting to weep after its been running for more then a half hour so I'm going to head this off at the pass and replace it this weekend. Pump and gasket are on the way.

Based on the FSM, it appears I need to remove the drive belts, power steering pump, alternator, and that motor mount. I thought I recalled someone mentioning that it was easier to do this job on a Series 1 then a S2. Do I really need to remove the power steering pump and motor mount?

Also, the FSM mentions a belt tension gauge. This is a tool I don't have. Is there another way to measure the right amount of tension on the belts? Oh, and about how much coolant should I buy? I'm going to flush the system since I need to drain it anyway.

Remove belts, remove torque axis mount bolt, support and lift passenger side of engine, double nut mount stud and remove, remove engine-mounted half of mount, unbolt (do not remove) PS pump, remove alternator, remove accessory bracket and maybe heater hoses, remove water pump pulley, remove water pump.

Reinstall everything.

I totally took apart my 95 ssei engine. If my memory serves me correctly, both idler pullies have keyed bases and only fit on one way anyway and are not adjustable. The gauge could be used to make sure the tensioners are still good, but nothing to adjust. Maybe someone can verify this as well.

Verified...the only need for a tension gauge would be to check the tensioners are not out of spec.
