Like Grey said, it is tucked under the water pump. Follow the wiring harness to the connector. Get a little mirror with a telescopic handle and you will see it much more easily. If you are getting a code 41, don't just change the sensor. Make sure to check that your interrupter magnet is still in place. It is common for these little magnets set in plastic or pot metal to self-destruct. To check for the presence and condition of the interruptor, unplug the connector, remove the 10mm-head bolt and wiggle out the pick-up. It seals with an O-ring. Now with your mirror, turn the engine over with a socket on the crankshaft bolt and look in the sensor hole. Sometimes it helps to shine a light on the mirror which nicely lights up the area you want to see. You will be watching the cam gear spin around. If you see a hole, instead of a little holder with a magnet, you will need to remove the timing cover and replace the interruptor.

Good Luck
