For the */C.. there'* not much you can do other than smaller pulley. 3.4" for light mods and 3.25" if you can get a good downpipe and exhaust headers ( which isn't available ). I"ve talked to a few GTP owners that are running 3.25" with minimal mods ( Intake and Exhaust on stock downpipe and headers, and they're saying it'* fine.. but then that'* what they're saying.. not what'* been proven through the computer and KR Value)
The only other thing is to keep the */C as cool as possible ( removing the engine cover to allow more cool air onto the */C and engine ).

Remember that if you plan on spinning that SC faster, you'll wanna make an oil change first, and then more often. Heat is a big enemy, and will break it down faster. That smaller pulley won't gain you all you could get unless you change your intake first too, and then exhaust after that. They all interrelate.

That'll help alot. Have you looked at the ADTR intake yet? It'* the only one specifically made for the Bonneville. There are no CAI boxes yet, so that would have to be custom.

Just be careful when you put in a cold air intake. Depending on where you live is a big factor. Most people put the hose that makes it a cold air intake through the tire well (assuming that is where the coldest air is.) The thing you got to watch out for is that if you live in a rainy enviroment (west coast) or somewhere that gets a lot of snow (where i live) water can get sucked through that hose and into your engine resulting in a blown engine. You only lose about 1 hp with short ram so for me i would go short ram but it is your decision

Email hector@angryducktofuracing.com or PM 99BonnevilleSE here on the Forum. His website is www.angryducktofuracing.com and you can browse for the intake. The path is something like Engines, intakes, ADTR. Not really sure. He doesn't talk his intakes up much, but when he does, we listen. He played around with them on his own Bonneville before deciding on the final design.
