Need help! Rough idling
I have a 95 Bonn.SSE It'* been running great up until last night. I stopped and filled it up w/gas. I drove it at least 20 miles and parded it. When I came out to go to work it was running rough. Real rough! It'* drinking gas like crazy. Could it be that the fuel filters clogged? or need plugs and wires? What could cause it to all of a sudden start running rough? Stuttering? where is the fuel filter located on a Bonn? thanx

This sudden roughness may be from the fuel up.
When you mention it'* been drinking a ton of fuel lately, this is prior to the fill up? Frequently this points toward an O2 sensor. When was the last time you changed the O2 in the car?

I noticed this morning it had used way over a 1/4 tank..plus I smell fuel like it'* flooding out. I had the fuel pump changed a few years ago. Never changed the O2 sensor before? Where is it located and how do I change it?

I agree. Check that first. Faulty FPR'* in 1997'* caused explosions that destroyed the UIM on a few cars. They failed just like yours smells. As the FPR tries to bypass part of the fuel that isn't demanded, it leaks by, is pulled into the vacuum line, and into the intake. It pools there. If it were to ignite, you'd have a neat show on your hands.
As the guys point out here, if you pull that vac line right after shutting off the car, and find ANY fuel in it, replace the FPR ASAP.

OK . When under the hood I increase the idle speed a touch by hand and when I let off I can hear one loud TAP/BANG sound coming from the underneath right side of the motor... ??? any idea?
