I know a few people have done their LIM gaskets and taking of their manifolds lately so hopefully you can help. All parts are for a '94 L27.

Lower Intake Gasket:
Throttle Body Insert Gasket:

Blazin, I don't have the part numbers. I usually just go to NAPA or Autozone and order the Fel-Pro stuff. Or online.
Buy the UIG (SC gasket?) from the dealer or fel-pro. Same for the LIM (4-piece set) and DP donut (crossover too if you need it, might be the same PN). Valve cover gaskets from Fel-Pro, and you MUST get your TB gasket from the dealer for 92 and 93 3800'*. Fel-Pro doesn't offer our impregnated plastic gaskets. TB o-ring kit from the dealer.
These are the sources I typically use.

Thats I'll prob. give ken a call and get the NAPA hookup. For future ref. could we have a sticky or even something in the TechInfo with all the part #'* for everything. They have this on ClubGP and it is very handy. It would also stop the 10 or so post a week we have like this.

The part numbers also changed from time to time in odd years. The list would be far to extensive. To top that all off, Fel-Pro MAKES the AC Delco gaskets, and they're cheaper than the delco'*. You don't WANT the dealer numbers for most of that stuff.

Yep the van is getting a major overhaul... I checked compression on all the cylinders and they were almost identical - not bad after 270,000 miles and original head gaskets. So I decided to do upper intake gasket, lower intake gasket, throttle body gasket, injector o-rings, oil pan gasket, oil pump tube gasket, valve cover gaskets, valve seals, and downpipe donut and what ever else it needed once I'm in their. This will keep this engine running great until the trans dies then I have a little S2 L67 just sitting here that is wanting a home.
The only reason I wanted the AC Delco part numbers is because I basically get the parts at cost - one of the many perks of having a girlfriend thats dad owns a Cadillac Dealership.
It is amazing how reliable this van is, it makes a trip to Rochester, MI from Bolingbrook, IL every weekend (650 miles their and back) and still finds a way to get 26-28 MPG. It has been basically a free ride since I got it because allmost every part on it is lifetime. The thing drives/rides better then most cars that have less then 75,000 miles and the body doesn't even look like it has 100K on it.
