Default Bonneville Ssei -92 Fuel question

Hi iv got an 92 ssei ( L 67 ) and i have yust change my stock pulley to a smaller one from Pulley Boys ( 1,9 ) .. i live in sweden and run the car on E-85 so there isent any pings or knocks BUT this smaller pulley makes the blower to produce aloth moore air and to make it run good it needs a good mix of air and fuel .. i need some advice how get moore fuel into the engine ... im thinking about install an adjusteble fuelpressure regulator to get a higher pressure to the injectors or maybe remap the chip in the ecm ,, but i cant find any info / ways to adjust /remap it .. can anyone help me out ? i shore needs moore fuel to the car
