Default It'* that time of year again

well the parking lots are finally dry, and theweather is warm enough that i can start working on the car again. So I've got a couple things. my car sounds like it is pulsing when idleing, not a ton...but just enough to be annoying... wheres my purr? what can i do?

next, planning on doing my fuel filter, but it is rusted on... suggestions on loosening agent? Also, WHERE IS MY FUEL PUMP RELAY, its killin me. I think i found it under the dash on the passenger side ( a red white and blue relay -- which one is it). Also i got a napa fuel filter, should i care? any horror stories there.

also, i got rapidfire plugs on the way to me, do i need to know anything special about tightening these (i dont have a torque wrench), also should i try and get performance wires, or are the plain ones fine (i got the rapid fires for 12.99 plus shipping--go ebay)

Flushing coolant? I've seen those kits... do they work? should i do it or have a shop do it, also what should i run through the system and how much/many times (i assume distilled water). and does anyone know any general laws regarding coolant? (i assume i cant just pump it onto the ground.

i'm tempted to go at my airbox in the next couple weeks, but i think im gonna do all the tune up stuff first. Bear in mind that im pretty sure this stuff has never been done on the car, although the engine itself is pretty new. so any other suggestions would be GREAT

thanks guys...
