P0300 & P1406 Codes and Rough Idle - Fixed

P0300 & P1406 Codes and Rough Idle - Fixed
All of a sudden, my car started running rough and the check engine light came on. I read the codes and got:
P0300 - multiple cylinder misfire detected
P1406 - manufacturer controlled auxillary emissions controls
I quickly got on the Bonneville Club site and did a search on the codes. It said the first thing to try was to clean the EGR valve with some carb cleaner so I gave it a try. Sure enough, that was it! I started it up and it was running fine. I erased the codes and I'm good to go. This site is AWESOME!!!
