I would more suspect you have a front seal on your power steering pump. That fluid is about what you are describing. Check your fluid levels on everything.
On that power steering pump, it is a pain to get to and might be best left to the mechanic just on the aggrevation principle.

Please put year and trim in you sig. I can't remember off hand whether the */C and the PS pulleys are on the same belt, but it could be your */C nose cone seal.

I just changed my SC oil....trust me...people notice the smell!!!!
