To use an M62 (series I SC) you'd need the lower intake, which has holes for injectors. Series II heads also have holes (correct?). So you'd have two sets of injector holes. What would you do with those? Nitrous nozzles?
hmmm, I may have just stumbled onto something here...

Sorry John, the heads have a totally different valve sequence between S1 and S2.
You need the WHOLE ball of wax to do this. Engine, trans, wiring harness, and PCM to do the swap. And for minimal gain? At higher rpm'*?
From 225hp to 240hp. You can make up the difference with a pulley.

True true.... The Series II and series III 3800'* are nothing like their 3300 and 3800 cousins... Totally diffrent worlds...
Only thing the 3800 C, L, 1 92-95 have in common with the vin K and 96-current Vin 1 is the bore and stroke...

The entire drivetrain, including trans, and the PCM and entire engine/trans wiring harness. Be prepared to rip the entire dash apart, run into some complex problems, and even custom fit some mounts that may be different.
