Default Chirping sound from front end

I have an always well maintained 1992 Bonneville SE with the 3.8L 3800 (VIN L) V6 engine with 54,000 original miles. The only minor upgrades I've made is installing a Delco factory CD player and changing the speakers, installing platinum spark plugs and changing to a cooler running 180 thermostat. One thing I've noticed that I've yet to see on any other 1992 or 1993 Bonneville SE is that this car came with and recommends using somewhat smaller 215/65R15 tires which seems an odd size for this model. I'll move up to a 225/65R15 or 225/60R15 as soon as these tires need replacing since I have a new set stored in my garage which should be sometime this summer.

Ever since I received the car almost 3 summers ago, from my uncles estate, I sometimes hear this vibrating chirping sound coming from somewhere in the front end when the car either slows down or speeds up anywhere between 25 to 40 mph in "city driving" - but never at highway speeds. The sound lasts only about a second or two when the car is changing gears but it actually sounds and feels like it'* in one or both of the front wheels more than anywhere else. Any suggestions or hints about where this chirping sound might be coming from?

Move up to something even bigger...235/65/R16 should be stock for 92+
