Default Cracked coils, Update.

I think I mentioned this before, but will cracked coils cause a rough idle? I have been tracking my rough idle down ever since I got the car; it would idle around 1000, sometimes surging slightly, and you could feel quite the shake through the steering wheel, but I haven't got a SES at all. I came across this about a month ago, and finally got around to taking a pic of it. Of course the bonne isn't running at the time due to lack of SC, but you get the idea. Pic. -

Now my question is, can this be repaired with some 2 part epoxy, or should I just replace the coils altogether? Thx.

I wouldn't want those in my car! Replace them. At the least on rainy / humid days you are asking for trouble.

I would replace them - you can go to the junk yard and find better ones and search around the yard and pick up the best set you can find and purchase them for all most nothing at the junk yard.

UPDATE -

Cracked the coils open last night. What did I come across? Lots and lots of corrosion on the insides of them. I am surprised they even worked it was so bad. Oh well, MSD or S2 L67 coils, here I come!
