im replacing the front pads and dont have the right size allen to remove the caliper. does anyone know what size it is? so i can buy one instead of a whole package. the nearest parts store is 10 miles away. i have to make this trip count. thanks.

3/8" hex is correct. If you have to buy the socket, get 1/2" drive.
