oil light
my grandmother's 93' bonnie's oil light stays on for atleast 20 minutes before it turns off. She gets it regularly serviced, oil and all but the light doesn't seem to go off right away.. any ideas of what's wrong and how to fix? thanks..

Usually the oil light comes on when you are low on oil, and by the time it comes on it's too late anyhow. Maybe the sensor is screwed up causing it to think there is no oil in the car.

where is this sensor located and is it easily fixable? thanks
