Default Stuttering

I posted in the past about the problem I'm having, however it was a while. Please don't blast me for posting again.

Problem: Sometimes I get stuttering between 1500 and 2500 RPMs. It occurs while pressing the accelerator, if I let off the throttle, it goes away. Also, if I apply more gas, it seems to go away. The issue doesn't seem to be as present when not in OD.

What I've done: Replaced plugs, wires and fuel filter. Cleaned TB, however I was unable to get the IAC out.

The issue was less noticeable after the TB clean, but is still there.

Any thoughts?

Any specific vacuum line to check? What did yours turn out to be?

if i remember right it was right behind the tb i had a bad rubber boot end, when looking for a vaccum leak, make sure the engine has cooled off, start it and spray the vaccum lines with carb cleaner when the idle changes you are in the general area! just remember some carb cleaners are flammable, becareful where you spray!
